Madlanga Commissioner Sandile Khumalo SC has raised concerns over the conduct of the Hawks on the day that murder accused Katiso KT Molefe was taken down.
His comments come as two Hawks teams were deployed to Molefes home in December 2024.
While one team of the Hawks has testified that it stayed outside Molefes premises for an hour, another team states that it took only ten minutes to verify the lawful police operation.
