African National Congress ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula has won a defamation ruling against controversial North West businessman Oupa Brown Mogotsi.
The matter relates to Mogotsis claims linking Mbalula to the 2015 murder of North West entrepreneur Wandile Bozwana. He also claimed Mbalula had benefitted from a housing scandal in the Free State.
Mogotsi defamed Mbalula, court rulesIn an order handed down on Tuesday 25 November, Pretoria high court judge Jacobus Strijdom ruled that Mogotsis allegations were false and defamatory.
