Durban Regional Court has postponed the trial of alleged July unrest 2021 instigator Bonginkosi Khanyile to the 26th of January 2026.
Khanyile is facing charges of incitement to commit public violence and contravening the Disaster Management Act.
The matter had to be postponed after Khanyiles legal representative could not attend court on Monday.
