The urgent application by artist Lehlohonolo Chauke, popularly known as Shebe Maburna , to appeal the decision to deny him bail has been dismissed at the Polokwane High Court in Limpopo.
Maburna was denied bail by the Polokwane Magistrates Court last month.
He is facing multiple charges, including three of attempted murder. In one of the cases, Maburna allegedly shot and injured a fan in Ladanna in Polokwane.
