Congress of South African Trade Unions COSATU first Deputy President, Mike Shingange, has added his voice to utterances made by the African National Congress ANC National Chairperson, Gwede Mantashe, on the unemployment of young people.
In an interview with South African Broadcasting Corporation SABC News, Mantashe said that young people are passive when it comes to applying for job opportunities .
Shingange says maybe Mantashe has not come across young people who are applying for jobs.
