The pre-trial hearing of businessman Vusimuzi Cat Matlala and his four co-accused is expected to resume on Friday morning at the High Court in Johannesburg.
Matlala is facing eleven counts of attempted murder, and a string of other charges.
This relates to the failed assassination attempts of his former girlfriend, Tebogo Thobejane, taxi boss Joe Sibanyoni and music producer Seunkie Mokubong commonly known as DJ Vetteys.
