Former Police Minister Bheki Cele has questioned why debates on the Marikana massacre have focused on President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Focus should instead be on the late Police Minister Nathi Mthethwa and then National Police Commissioner Riah Phiyega, Cele said on Friday 24 October.
He was testifying before Parliaments ad hoc committee probing claims of political interference, corruption and criminality in the criminal justice system.
