On 22 January 2026, the South African Revenue Service SARS announced the imposition of provisional anti-dumping duties, up to and including 22 July 2026, on 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm clear float glass, classifiable in tariff subheadings 7005.29.17, 7005.29.23, 7005.29.25, and 7005.29.35, originating in or imported from Tanzania. The rationale for the imposition of anti-dumping duties is set out in the International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa ITAC Report No. 762.
