South Africa will host the Special Davos Meeting for the World Economic Forum WEF in 2027.
Government expresses its appreciation to the WEF for selecting South Africa as the host of this gathering. South Africa stands ready and fully prepared to host a successful meeting in 2027 and to welcome delegates from across the world, said the Government Communication and Information System GCIS.
This will be the first time the WEF Spring Davos meeting is hosted in South Africa.
