ActionSA has dismissed the DAs case against Tshwanes Deputy Mayor and MMC for Finance, Eugene Modise, as an attempt to deflect from its own failures in the city.
The DA has opened a fraud case against Modise following the tabling of the forensic investigation report which found that he was unethically benefiting from a company currently doing business with the municipality.
ActionSA argues that the report lacks substantial evidence to support any charges of fraud or corruption.
