Security has been beefed in the East London City Hall in the Eastern Cape, for the 5th elective conference of the ANCs Dr WB Rubusana Region thats currently under way.
A total of 200 voting delegates are expected to cast their votes for new regional leaders.
ANC Provincial Chairperson, Oscar Mabuyane, is expected to formally open the session.
