French arms manufacturer Thales and former president Jacob Zuma will now have to wait another week to hear if their latest application in the Pietermaritzburg High Court is successful.
The court was scheduled to hand down its ruling tomorrow on their application for leave to appeal the dismissal of their bid for an acquittal in the corruption case.
In a nearly two-decade long case, Thales and Zuma are facing charges of fraud, corruption, racketeering and money laundering stemming from the controversial 1999 multibillion arms deal.
