Suspended Ekurhuleni Deputy Police chief Commissioner Julius Mkhwanazi has maintained that no blue lights were fitted on the private vehicles of attempted murder accused, Vusumuzi Cat Matlala.
Matlala, who is at the centre of corruption allegations in the City of Ekurhuleni, donated four vehicles to the Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department EMPD.
Mkhwanazi has testified that while the vehicles were in the process of being registered, they were never handed over to the city.
