Suspended Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department EMPD deputy chief Julius Mkhwanazi has failed in his urgent court application to halt his disciplinary hearing.
The hearing was set to continue on Tuesday 24 March for one set of allegations, with another set scheduled for Friday 27 March.
