MK Party and its leader, former President Jacob Zuma, have lost their latest court application to challenge President Cyril Ramaphosas decisions to establish the Madlanga commission, place Police Minister Senzo Mchunu on leave of absence and appoint Prof Firoz Cachalia as Acting Police Minister.

The Pretoria high court dismissed their application on Tuesday 9 December, with each party paying its own costs.
