The revised schedule of the remaining witnesses for the Nkabinde Inquiry is expected to be submitted to the panel by the end of Wednesday.
Inquiry spokesperson Tiyisela Mpuzana says this follows National Prosecuting Authority NPA head advocate Shamila Batohi, excusing herself from the ongoing cross-examination this week , without submitting a formal application for excusal to the panel.
Mpuzana says this affected the planned schedule and sequence of witnesses.
