Watch Mantashe Admonishes Anc Councillors: 'we Sing Well But Capacity Dololo'

African National Congress ANC National Chairperson Gwede Mantashe admonished the partys councillors who were making noise at a roll call on Monday 15 September, accusing them of lacking capacity.

Thousands of ANC councillors gathered at the FNB Stadiums Gold Rush Dome in Soweto, Gauteng, at the roll call, which the party said aimed to review, guide and accelerate service delivery with accountability.

After a welcoming address by ANC Gauteng chairperson Panyaza Lesufi , Mantashe attempted to calm down the seemingly excitable councillors.
