President Cyril Ramaphosa has urged African National Congress ANC councillors to emulate municipalities governed by the Democratic Alliance DA.
He has outlined the service delivery action plan, which was adopted by the ANCs National Executive Committee meeting over the weekend.
Ramaphosa addressed party councillors from across the country at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg as he detailed what they expect from the councillors in their municipalities, as they prepare for the 2026 local elections.
