Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Bimbo Ademoye, has escalated her allegations of copyright infringement, vowing to pursue legal action over what she described as the theft of her intellectual property.
In a detailed post shared on her Instagram page, Ademoye explained that she took down earlier posts on the matter following advice from her management. She clarified that the controversy began after she woke up to discover that monetisation had been removed from her movie Where Love Lives.
According to the actress, a song used in the film - which she said she fully owns and used with complete approval from the artiste - was allegedly lifted and falsely claimed by an individual identified as Emmanuel Davies.
