The University of South Africa UNISA has defended the performance of its Vice Chancellor, Professor Puleng LenkaBula in the wake of allegations of maladministration and abuse of power by a forum called Save Unisa.
LenkaBula is preparing to begin her second five-year term in January 2026.
Save Unisa has claimed LenkaBbula has been purging staff and abusing public funds .
