The South African National Taxi Counci l SANTACO in Gauteng says the trust relationship between parents and scholar transport operators who ferry their children to and from school has been broken.
SANTACO Gauteng chairperson Midday Mali was speaking at the joint funeral of three of the fourteen learners who died in Mondays scholar transport crash along the Golden Highway near Vanderbijlpark, in the Vaal.
Fourteen learners perished when their scholar transport taxi collided with a truck.
