Borussia Dortmund are monitoring Arsenal winger Leandro Trossard as they search for a replacement following Jamie Bynoe-Gittens' transfer to Chelsea . Trossard, 30, joined Arsenal from Brighton in January 2023 and has since played a key supporting role under Mikel Arteta. While he remains under contract until 2027, reports suggest that recent contract extension talks have stalled. Arsenal's initial offer reportedly did not include a pay increase, which has led to some friction between the player and the club.
Adding to the speculation is the winger's decision to change representation, now working with German agent Dirk Hebel. Trossard is believed to be open to a move this summer, especially with Arsenal pushing for new attacking signings. They have already signed Noni Madueke and are now being linked with Crystal Palace's Eberechi Eze.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed via his official X account that Trossard has received two solid offers from Premier League clubs and that a summer move remains a possibility, but Borussia Dortmund are strongly considering themselves in contention to sign Trossard, and Bayern initially wanted to sign the Belgian.
