There is a huge police contingent outside the Vanderbijlpark Magistrates Court, south of Johannesburg.
This is ahead of the appearance of a 22-year-old scholar transport driver who was involved in a crash on Monday.
Gauteng police have confirmed that two more learners involved in the crash have succumbed to injuries.
