The Thai Civil Aviation Board has approved a 53 increase in passenger service charges for outbound passengers on international flights.
According to the Bangkok Post , the board approved an application by Airports of Thailand AOT to up the charge from THB730 R390 to THB1 120 R600. The passenger charge for domestic flights will remain at THB130 R70.
The passenger service charge is expected to come into effect early next year and will be included in the fare at the time of purchase.
