Oceania Cruises new ship, Oceania Sonata , launching in August 2027, will feature two brand-new culinary concepts La Table and Nikkei Kitchen.
According to Oceania Cruises, La Table will be the only restaurant at sea approved Matres Cuisiniers de France a global institution dedicated to the French culinary arts.
La Table will seat 18 guests and will be a nightly reservations-only wine-pairing experience featuring a rotation of menus created by renowned chefs. The restaurant will also be the venue for the return of the Dom Prignon Experience, a six-course tasting menu paired with Champagne.
