In a bid to plug a critical technical skills gap threatening South Africas industrial and energy sectors, engineering heavyweight Steinmller Africa has officially opened registration for its 2026 Boiler Technology Course.
The five-day online training programme, scheduled to run from 13 April to 17 April 2026, aims to transfer decades of proprietary frontline data directly to the industry's next generation of engineers and welders.
Steinmller Africa is not an outside observer in the countrys energy sector. The firm is the Original Equipment Manufacturer OEM for nearly 20 000MW of Eskoms installed generation capacity. It also operates the continents only Cojafex Induction Bending Machine and holds the exclusive national qualification for explosive welding in the power generation sector.
