Crime intelligence boss Lieutenant-General Dumisani Khumalo has told the Ad Hoc Committee in Cape Town that he was forced to compile a report regarding the disbandment of the Political Killings Task Team PKTT.
Khumalo says suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner Lieutenant-General Shadrack Sibiya demanded that he write the report and include views from relevant stakeholders on its disbandment.
He says he was shocked by the directive because he was against the disbandment.
