Suspended Deputy National Commissioner for Crime Detection, Shadrack Sibiya , says he has taken phone calls from controversial businessman Brown Mogotsi and met with him for breakfast.
Sibiya is the third witness to appear before Parliaments Ad Hoc committee, that was established to investigate allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political inference in the justice system made by KwaZulu Natal Police Commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.
Mogotsi is one of the people implicated in organised criminal activity.
