Civil rights group AfriForum has asked the commission of inquiry into the delay in investigating and prosecuting apartheid-era crimes to also include terror by the African National Congress ANC.
President Cyril Ramaphosa established the commission, which focuses on Truth and Reconciliation Commission TRC cases, in May this year.
Retired Constitutional Court Judge Sisi Khampepe is its chairperson, with retired Northern Cape Judge President Frans Diale Kgomo and Adv Andrea Gabriel SC assisting her.
