Some of the countrys best sharpshooters in the South African Police Service SAPS and South African Defense Force SANDF are putting their sharp shooting skills to the test at a Combat Rifle shooting competition in Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal.
Officers from KZN, Gauteng, Eastern Cape, Northern Cape, North West and the Free State are vying for top honours in the two-day competition.
Police say Combat Rifle is a necessary exercise for law enforcement officers to maintain their combat-ready nature and keep their fitness levels at required standards.
