President Cyril Ramaphosa has warned South Africans that the right to protest does not allow for violence, vandalism, or intimidation.
In his weekly newsletter ahead of Tuesdays expected protests against undocumented foreign nationals , the President urged demonstrators to remain peaceful and lawful.
