The Magistrates Court in KuGompo City in the Eastern Cape is expected to hear the bail application of suspended school Principal, George Plaatjies.
Plaatjies is facing charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder of his business partner, Zovuyo Mbana.
Mbana was reported missing, and her body was found along the N6 near Kwetyana village outside KuGompo City, set alight.
