Arsenal defender, Jakub Kiwior is a target for Porto and AC Milan after he was excluded from Gunners matchday squad against Manchester United on Sunday afternoon at Old Trafford, and he could be set to leave before the summer transfer window closes on 1 September.
Softfootball understood that Porto previously submitted an initial bid for Kiwior of a 7m loan fee plus a 20m obligation to buy, but Arsenal rejected the offer as it didn't meet their reported 35m valuation.
The Poland international made 30 appearances across all competitions last season, however he only started 10 Premier League matches and he has fallen further down the pecking order following the summer signing of Valencia defender Cristhian Mosquera.
