A faction of Peoples Democratic Party PDP has hailed a Federal High Court, Ibadan, judgment refusing to recognise the Tanimu Turaki-led leadership of the party.
Jungude Mohammed, National Publicity Secretary of the PDP National Caretaker Working Committee, said this in a statement issued in Abuja on Friday.
He commended the judiciary for rising to its constitutional responsibility as an impartial arbiter in political and constitutional disputes.
