Former Public Enterprises Minister Malusi Gigaba has announced that he was expected to appear in the Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court to face charges on Friday.
Gigaba, who oversaw state-owned enterprises, including Transnet during the Jacob Zuma administration, was notified by the National Prosecuting Authority NPA on Friday morning that he must attend court.
He confirmed the summons in a statement posted on X, noting his intent to cooperate with legal processes.
