A 32-year-old Eldorado Park man accused of assaulting and raping his four-year-old daughter is expected to apply for bail in the Protea Magistrates Court in Soweto on Monday.
When he appeared in court briefly last week, three charges were added. He now faces five charges, including murder, rape and assault.
