The case against former African National Congress ANC Limpopo Treasurer, Danny Msiza has been provisionally postponed to next year, pending their application to the Supreme Court of Appeal for his matter to be separated from that of his co-accused.
Msizas counsel also says that they need outstanding documents from the State.
Msiza made a brief appearance before the High Court in Pretoria.
