North West businessman Brown Mogotsi says he is prepared to return to the Madlanga Commission if new evidence presented before the inquiry requires him to respond.
This comes after reports that suspended Crime Intelligence boss Feroz Khan was expected to file an affidavit detailing, among other issues, his alleged relationship with Mogotsi.
The developments also follow an alleged assassination attempt on Khans life on Sunday night .
