The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry has heard how attempted murder accused Vusimuzi Cat Matlala allegedly visited General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi at his house.
The visit was allegedly over the South African Police Service SAPS tender awarded to Matlalas company, but was subsequently withdrawn.
This is according to North-West businessman Brown Mogotsi, who is testifying before the Madlanga Commission.
