African National Congress ANC supporters have gathered to celebrate Freedom Day at Ohlange High School, in Inanda, north of Durban where Nelson Mandela cast his ballot in the first democratic election in 1994.
Ohlange is where the founding president of the ANC, John Langalibalele Dube, is buried.
His grandson, Langa Dube says there needs to be a way to reconnect with the masses.
