The uMkhonto weSizwe Party MKP is threatening legal action against Speaker of the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature, Nontembeko Boyce over the suspension of its members.
Boyce suspended 36 Members of the Provincial Legislature MPLs over the violent disruption of the sitting on December 15.
There are 35 suspended MPLs from the MKP and one from the Economic Freedom Fighters EFF.
