The KwaZulu-Natal Speaker Nontembeko Boyce has suspended 32 members of the legislature for disorderly and unlawful conduct during the motion of no confidence sitting on December 15.
It is reported that the suspended members are from uMkhonto weSizwe Party MKP and one is from the Economic Freedom Fighters EFF.
The suspension follows a clash between police and disgruntled MKP members after failing to oust Thami Ntuli as premier in a motion of no confidence vote.
