The 2023 Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, LP, in the 2023 general election, Peter Obi, has described the failure of the House of Representatives to criminalise vote-buying during party primaries as a disservice to Nigerias democracy.
He explained that the practice of vote buying has long undermined Nigerias electoral process and tarnished the nations credibility.
