A human trafficking case in Milnerton moved closer to court on Monday, 29 December 2025, when a 23-year-old suspect was scheduled to make his first appearance on a trafficking charge, reports Cape town Etc .
According to EWN , the suspect was first detained on an immigration offence and later linked to a trafficking investigation.
The arrest followed a Hawks search-and-seizure operation at a Milnerton house on 23 December, which led officers to identify a human trafficking victim at the property and to interview the alleged trafficker at the scene, reports Cape Argus .
