The Eastern Cape Social Development Department has condemned a video in which a woman is captured giving her young child alcohol . The video has since gone viral on social media platforms.
In it, multiple other children are also drinking alcohol under the command of their parents.
MEC Bukiwe Fanta says they intend to open a case against the parents.
