The five people who are accused of shooting nine patrons dead at the KwaNoxolo tavern in Bekkersda l, Gauteng, will be back in the Westonaria Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The suspects who appeared in court on Monday have yet to apply for legal aid.
They face charges of murder, attempted murder, possession of unlicensed firearms, live ammunition and contravening the Immigration Act.
