Minister of Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities Sindisiwe Chikunga has encouraged men to lead the fight against Gender-based Violence and Femicide GBVF.
Speaking at the launch of the 16 Days of Activism against GBVF campaign at Gallagher Estate, Chikunga said most rape and abuse cases go unreported because victims fear perpetrators and lack community protection.
She stressed that men hold the key to ending this national crisis, that is destroying families and robbing them of mothers, daughters and friends.
