Businessman and crime accused Vusimuzi Cat Matlala is expected to testify before Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee on Wednesday after his lawyers unsuccessful request for a postponement.
The lawyers cited various challenges that have hindered adequate preparation for the hearing, including the complexities surrounding Matlalas current detention.
Matlala is incarcerated at the Kgosi Mampuru Correctional Facility in Pretoria, from where hes set to testify before the committee.
