Commissioner Sesi Baloyi SC has reprimanded retired Ekurhuleni City Manager Dr Imogen Mashazi for her conduct at the Madlanga Commission .
Dr Mashazi, who began her testimony on Monday , has been accused of protecting suspended deputy police Chief of Ekurhuleni Metro Department EMPD, Brigadier Julius Mkhwanazi.
She has also been criticised for conduct at the Commission in regard to her responses and demeanor.
