The funeral service of slain Madlanga Commission witness , Marius van der Merwe has concluded at Medley House in Brakpan, Gauteng.
Van der Merwe, also known as Witness D, was shot dead outside his Brakpan home just over a week ago.
His assassination came just weeks after he testified before the commission in Pretoria.
